About Us
Advanced Marine Decking was founded by Rob Tilney in 2003 and incorporated in 2005.
A passionate sailor and powerboater for over 50 years Rob and his team pride themselves on their in depth knowledge of boats.
AMD is based in beautiful Hamble on the South Coast of England. We’re in Hamble Yacht Services Yard and Marina giving us direct access to the sea, local marinas and full boat yard facilities
Our extensive marine experience includes working with some of the biggest yachting brands in the world, delivering outstanding Flexiteek decks for a wide variety of boats.

Our reputation for excellence sets us apart in the UK market. We offer everything from traditional to the very latest in deck building technology and design. Our Inhouse CAD design team can design a deck to meet your requirements.
We’ve been working with the leading global synthetic teak decking brand, Flexiteek for more than twenty years. In that time we’ve delivered thousands of Flexiteek decks, from the very smallest tender to some very large boats. We regularly work with Ribeye and Williams Jet Tenders to name a few of the OEMs we manufacture for in the UK.
